PSA says it will reverse its decision to stop grading the 1984-85 star cards which came in team bags through the mail or hobby dealers only. This will allow collectors to get those cards crossed over to PSA which are currently sitting in BGS and GAI holders. The featured image shows one graded by PSA in the early 1990's, not much has changed on their label since.
